Return & Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Only items with manufacture fault are accepted as returns.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the order number and email for proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at hello@cookwithfika.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send instructions on where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless you had to return the product because we've sent the product to you in error.

Return shipping is paid by the customer and is not reimbursed.

All product returns must be shipped back in their original form of packaging and include all accessories to be eligible for a refund. Returns are refunded to the original payment method used during purchase. Cook with FIKA, at its discretion, reserves the right to charge a restocking and repacking fee of up to 15% if products or packaging are returned in poor condition or missing components or accessories. In addition, Cook with FIKA reserves the right to not issue a refund or exchange at all if the return is missing components or accessories, or if products are damaged due to misuse or negligence.

Damages and issues on delivery
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on giveaway items, clearance items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

International Returns

At this time, items shipped outside of Canada cannot be returned. All international sales are final.
