Return & Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from receiving your item to request a return.

Eligible returns: Items with a manufacturing fault only. Items must be unused, in original condition and original packaging, with your order number and email as proof of purchase.

Clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

To start a return contact us at hello@cookwithfika.com. Do not send items back without first requesting a return — they will not be accepted.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless we sent you the wrong item. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility.

Fika reserves the right to charge a restocking fee of up to 15% if items are returned in poor condition or missing accessories. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if items are damaged due to misuse or negligence.

Refunds are processed to your original payment method once we receive and inspect your return. Bank processing times may vary.

Damages on delivery: Inspect your order on arrival. Contact us immediately at hello@cookwithfika.com if anything is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
